Ah Keng Motor’s story began in 1983, when Mr. Jee Chau Soon founded Ah Keng Motor Repairer. With a deep passion for vehicles and an unwavering dedication to hard work, he built the business from the ground up, focusing on reliability, integrity, and service excellence. Over the years, his workshop became a trusted name in Singapore’s heavy vehicle industry, serving countless lorries, trucks, and fleets with precision and care.
From a modest start, Mr. Jee established a reputation for solving complex problems and delivering results that customers could depend on. His values of honesty, perseverance, and putting the customer first remain the foundation of Ah Keng Motor today.
In 1993, his son Mr. Ken Jee joined the business. Bringing fresh energy and a vision for growth, he worked alongside his father to modernize operations, expand capabilities, and strengthen customer relationships. Under his leadership, the company evolved to meet new industry demands while keeping true to the spirit of its beginnings.
Recognizing the need for long-term sustainability, the family transitioned the business into Ah Keng Motor Pte Ltd in 2021. This milestone not only marked nearly four decades of service, but also set the stage for future growth — ensuring the company could continue to serve Singapore’s transport and logistics community with professionalism and scale.
Today, under the leadership of Ken Jee, Ah Keng Motor continues to build on this proud legacy. With a strong team of skilled staff, we provide a full suite of services — from repairs and maintenance to LTA inspections, insurance claims, panel beating, and Traffic Police–approved installations of on-board units (OBU) and speed limiters.
